‘Here in Hollywood’: Yong Chavez launches new column for ABS-CBN

Yong Chavez is expanding her presence at ABS-CBN with the launch of a new weekly column, “Here in Hollywood,” on the network’s official website.

Chavez has been covering entertainment for ABS-CBN since 2011, reporting on major Hollywood events and interviewing some of the biggest stars in the industry. With this new column, she brings her signature storytelling to the digital space, offering readers exclusive stories, behind-the-scenes access, and a unique Filipina perspective on the world of entertainment. A new edition of her column will be published every Friday.

While expanding to digital, the Hollywood correspondent will continue her regular contributions to ABS-CBN’s broadcast platform, providing video coverage of the latest in entertainment.

The launch of “Here in Hollywood” is part of ABS-CBN’s ongoing push to grow its digital presence. She joins a growing list of on-cam Kapamilya talents extending their voice to ABS-CBN’s digital space. In April, ANC anchor Salve Duplito debuted her own business column, “Boardroom Tea,” offering the latest insider’s scoop in business and finance.
