Media Newser Philippines (often referred to as Media Newser or MNP) is an independent media news website which covers the Philippine television news industry since 2010.

Running under the tagline “News on Philippine Television News,” Media Newser Philippines operates as an online community website for anything and everything related to Philippine television news.

Some of the biggest media stories first reported by Media Newser Philippines are the following: the rebranding of 9TV to CNN Philippines, the anchor shakeup on GMA-7 in 2014, the arrival of Bloomberg TV Philippines, the supposed partnership between ABS-CBN and MediaQuest in 2022, the departure of longtime morning news anchor Rhea Santos and Atom Araullo’s big move to GMA-7.

Most recently, it broke the news about the closure of CNN Philippines, as well as the supposed partnership between MediaQuest and ABS-CBN.

Aside from news, Media Newser Philippines also features commentaries, program reviews of various news and public affairs programs, and interviews with some of the biggest names in the industry. Among those who have been featured on the website’s Q&A series are international financial news anchor Cathy Yang (formerly of ABS-CBN News), The Filipino Channel’s Yong Chavez, News5’s Atty. Mel Sta. Maria, and Rhea Santos (formerly of GMA News and now with OMNI News).

Media Newser Philippines in April of 2023 officially moved to its new domain name medianewser.ph. Its online media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) were likewise all rebranded to medianewserph.
