‘The Atom Araullo Specials’ wins anew at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards
Araullo and his team took home the Silver Dolphin award for their documentary “Hingang Malalim.”
GMA Public Affairs’ The Atom Araullo Specials earned another recognition at the Cannes Corporate Media and TV Awards.
Winning the Silver Dolphin award in the Human Concerns and Social Issues category for “Hingang Malalim,” a documentary that highlights the lives of the Badjao people in Mindanao who dive for pearls to make a living, Araullo accepted the trophy in France last Friday.
This is not the first time that Araullo and his team won in the prestigious award-giving body. In 2022, they also received the Silver Dolphin for their documentary “Munting Bisig.”
Established in 2010, the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards is an international festival celebrating corporate films, online media, and TV productions. It is regarded as one of the most significant festivals in the corporate film industry.
