One News unveils new station ID, updates slogan ‘Your Side. All the Time.’

One News has unveiled a new station ID as part of a broader refresh of its on-air branding, featuring the channel’s roster of anchors and hosts in a sequential talent montage, with each personality appearing one after another in the same visual setup.

The Big Story anchor Ces Orena-Drilon is given the central placement and main billing in the new SID, alongside several key personalities of the Cignal news channel.

Also featured are Ed Lingao and Regina Lay of Storycon, Cathy Yang of Money Talks, Lourd De Veyra of Political Beat, and Morning Matters hosts Angela Lagunzad-Castro, Cesca Litton-Kalaw, and Pauline Verzosa.

Others who appeared in the plug are afternoon anchors Diego Castro and Denise Tan, as well as Long Conversations hosts Janno Gibbs, Stanley Chi and Jojo Alejar.

Additionally, the channel has also officially adopted its newest permanent slogan, “Your Side. All the Time.” replacing “All Sides. All the Time.” which had long defined the channel’s positioning.

One News said the change reflects its view that “the truth doesn’t take sides. It stands with the people.” We certainly agree.
